No surprises, full transparency. You should know what you’re paying before you see an invoice.
Remote Software Repair - $70/hour
We can remotely resolve software issues through the use of screensharing software like TeamViewer. This may not be possible depending on the type of device needing service, your personal comfort level with screensharing software, or your company’s security policies.
Standard Rate - $109/hour
For standard on-site services like maintenance, repair, installation, site audits, etc. We also charge for parts if not provided for us. This higher hourly rate covers things like mileage, diagnostics, and work done off-site for your equipment, which will not count towards this time.
Online or Over-the-Phone Services - $70/hour
For minor consultations or training done remotely. This charge is for scheduled consultations or trainings. Phone calls to get a price quote or to schedule an appointment are and will always be free.
Please Note: All hourly services have a 1-hour minimum charge.
Consultation for Major Projects - $250 flat
Want to go in-depth about your options for full system installations, network infrastructure, migrations, or transfers? Our vendor-neutral techs can give you advice focused solely on making sure you find the option that’s right for you, because we take no commission or kickbacks. If you end up hiring us on for a major project, the consultation cost is waived or credited to the cost of the project.
Major Projects - Quoted per Project
Because major projects like full system installations, building out and designing network infrastructure, and system migrations vary so much in complexity, timeline, and work needed, these quotes are given on a project-by-project basis. In the Works: Service Contracts and Special Pricing
For those who’d like to use our services frequently, want discounts on Off-Hour or Outside of Service Radius fees, or just to make sure you have someone available when needed, we are working on creating service contracts to offer, with fair pricing tiers so someone running a food truck isn’t having to pay as much as someone with multiple serviced restaurants.

No fees will ever be added without prior notice.
Emergency Off-Hours Repair - $250
For emergencies, sometimes we don’t have an opening in our schedule for same-day service, but for this fee plus our standard hourly rate, we will give you an appointment after or before our normal business hours to make sure you’re taken care of and we can still make our promised appointments during business hours.
Outside of Service Radius - Based on distance
While we reserve the right to deny work outside our service radius, depending on the distance, we may instead choose to accept the work and charge a fee to cover travel time. This fee will be $2 per mile travelled over 25 miles. This fee is not charged for remote or over-the-phone services, or for on-site services within the service radius, even if distance traveled is greater than 25 miles.
Late Payment - 1.5% or $15 (whichever is greater) per month
Our typical payment terms are Net 15, meaning you have 15 days and a small grace period after receiving the invoice to pay the full balance before we may start applying late fees. We can offer different terms if discussed beforehand, or offer payment plans if needed. The late fee will be 1.5% of the outstanding balance or $15 dollars (whichever is greater) for every month the invoice is late. We also reserve the right to deny service while an invoice is overdue.
